Jordan was our inspector. He sat down with us and really explained what everything meant. Jordan made recommendations about things he found during the inspection and let us know what things were problems that needed to be addressed for safety versus which problems were minor flaws. We were aware of a potential problem; however, after the 3-hour inspection he conducted at the property, he identified several issues that we were previously unaware of. A home and camera based sewer pipe inspection are very worthwhile. There are things the inspection team is professionally trained to look for, that most average buyers won't notice. I had a home inspection done 8 years ago that cost $500. The guy spent about 30 minutes and missed some big items we later discovered after purchasing the home. For the same price, Greg took a little over 2 hours and went into terrific detail about everything he covered. He even had props in his van to show me the difference on building materials and how they hold up to moisture. Also surprised at all the color photos available on their website of the inspection. Given the choice, I'll come back to Northwest home inspectors when we plan to buy another house.

Outstanding service. The inspection and service was thorough, detailed, and professional. Our inspector, Jesse, was patient with questions, responded quickly to our questions afterward, and was a complete professional. The report is a very detailed and thorough document - itemized and separated for easy identification. Detailed and provides a clear description of the issue and includes a suggested process for having someone address them for repairs. Recently had my roof replaced. Saw that the roofers did not follow normal roofing procedures. Had several other roofers look it over and they found multiple issues. Then I hired Gergory to do an inspection. He was very thorough and found a lot more. He produced a great report that I can use.
