Sewer Scope
Inspections
Sewer scopes (and septic line scopes) have become popular over the past few years, and for good reason. Homeowners have realized that these drain lines are not checked during a routine home inspection and you inherit every bit of that pipe leading to the sewer connection. If a latent defect shows up after moving in you could be having to hire a company to dig that line up and repair it, which can cost an absolute fortune.

Inspections
Are you using FHA or VA financing for your home purchase? If so, there is a good chance you are going to need to hire a WSDA certified Structural Pest Inspector to furnish a termite report before your loan can close. The good news is that we can take care of that for you! We are licensed pest inspectors who are specially trained to look for carpenter ants, moisture ants, termites, wood-boring beetles and wood rot fungus in homes.
Radon Testing
Radon is present in areas of Washington State. High levels of radon have been known to cause sickness and even cancer. It is odorless and cannot be detected without special tools. We can take radon measurements in a home and provide you with the results after 48 hours have passed. Ask about setting this up while scheduling if you would like to know the radon levels withing your home. Keep in mind a return trip must take place 48 hours after the initial trip to retrieve the tools and measurements.
Thermal
Imaging
We offer industrial-grade FLIR thermal infrared cameras, IR drones and moisture meters. These devices are absolutely essential for performing a deep-scan in order to detect potential hidden issues on your home inspection. We often find hidden leaks and energy loss with thermal, but have also been hired to help locate lost pets and even investigate paranormal activity!
Water Quality Testing
This is a popular service for homes with a well system. We test water samples for bacteria and nitrates (fertilizers). This service is often required with FHA and VA lending. The testing takes up to 5 business days for results so plan accordingly and we will ensure you get accurate results back as fast as possible.
