Jordan was very detailed and thorough with our inspection. He pointed out the smallest imperfections we wouldnt have a seen and because of that we were able to make a good decision on the first home and requested another inspection with a secondary home which past inspection. He took his time and explained into details and answered all questions I had. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the scope of the deficiencies so as to make a right decision.

A home and camera based sewer pipe inspection are very worthwhile. There are things the inspection team is professionally trained to look for, that most average buyers won't notice. Had a wonderful experience with Jesse. We hired NHI to conduct a home inspection and a sewer scope. He was patient, informative, and thorough in his inspection! He was also very happy to answer any questions my husband or I had. We would not hesitate in calling him again for any inspection services. Oh, they also offer Radon Testing, Well Water Testing, WSDA Termite Report, and Mobile Home Foundation Certifications!

I had a home inspection done 8 years ago that cost $500. The guy spent about 30 minutes and missed some big items we later discovered after purchasing the home. For the same price, Greg took a little over 2 hours and went into terrific detail about everything he covered. He even had props in his van to show me the difference on building materials and how they hold up to moisture. Also surprised at all the color photos available on their website of the inspection. Given the choice, I'll come back to Northwest home inspectors when we plan to buy another house.

Outstanding service. The inspection and service was thorough, detailed, and professional. Our inspector, Jesse, was patient with questions, responded quickly to our questions afterward, and was a complete professional. The report is a very detailed and thorough document - itemized and separated for easy identification. Detailed and provides a clear description of the issue and includes a suggested process for having someone address them for repairs. Recently had my roof replaced. Saw that the roofers did not follow normal roofing procedures. Had several other roofers look it over and they found multiple issues. Then I hired Gergory to do an inspection. He was very thorough and found a lot more. He produced a great report that I can use.

Greg did an excellent job explaining his findings about an old house to me as a first-time home buyer! He was incredibly professional, on time, and the report was detailed and as easy to understand as it could be to me as a lay person. Would highly recommend!

Well deserving of the 5 stars across the board. Gregory helped us with our new build inspection and then walked us over all the items he found. He also gave recommendations on what could be done as well. We even rehired him for the final walk through inspection as we wanted to make sure everything was done and he even found extra items that were missed before. Really personable, respectful, and knowledgeable as well. Not only that, but they didn't send me constant emails to rate them which was nice. And they didn't try to sell my information or offer me anything else afterwards. I had 2 inspectors and 3 inspections since we're planning on being in this home as our forever home.
