About Your Home Inspectors

Nice guys, very meticulous, and honest. Would use again and highly recommend.

Very detailed evaluation. Working on their recommendations. Extremely professional and helpful!

I used Northwest Home Inspector for my home inspection of a property I’m buying. Kaleb was thorough, professional, and instructive with his inspection. Great work!

We had such a great experience with Greg during our inspection. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend Northwest Home Inspections to anyone preparing to list or sell a home.It was so helpful to have someone clearly explain which items were important and which were minor, and then walk us through exactly how we could fix many of them ourselves — including the specific materials and tools we’d need. All of this was included in our report. At the end, he even gave us a fun little “pop quiz” to make sure we remembered the key points from the walkthrough and fully understood the findings. Excellent customer service, great communication, and genuine respect for the home.

Kaleb did an amazing job and was incredibly thorough. There wasn’t an area Kaleb skipped and inspected the entire crawlspace to the roof. Kaleb took time to explain everything and prepared an amazing report same day.

It has been a pleasure working with Greg and Northwest Home Inspectors. I feel that my clients are in good hands with thorough inspections and great communication.

Great experience with NW Home Inspector now twice! Gregory and Rory were awesome and offered very thoughtful answers to my various questions. I am a big fan or the infrared scanning technology as well. Absolutely recommend.

Rory was great! He answered all of my questions (and I had so many) was thoughtful and knowledgeable. My clients got nearly every type of inspection and he was very well versed on all of them. Highly recommend!

Had Tim Inspect my SFH for a 11 month Warranty and was very satisfied with the scope and efforts he put in.

Jordan was our inspector. He sat down with us and really explained what everything meant. Jordan made recommendations about things he found during the inspection and let us know what things were problems that needed to be addressed for safety versus which problems were minor flaws. He did a great job and was super helpful. Definitely recommend.

Jordan did a great job - highly recommend.

The service from this company was great! Rory was amazing & did the inspection even while it was raining. We’re very satisfied with how it all went! Thank you.

Jordan Blastow, from Northwest Home Inspector, did a thorough job when he inspected the property we made an offer on. We were aware of a potential problem; however, after the 3-hour inspection he conducted at the property, he identified several issues that we were previously unaware of. Jordan took the time to explain the findings to us in person and sent a detailed report with photographs on the same day as the inspection. We have purchased other properties in the past, but we have never encountered a higher level of professionalism, thoroughness, and patience in addressing all our questions. I highly recommend Northwest Home Inspector, specifically Jordan Blastow, for all your home inspection needs

Jordan Blastow of Northwest Home Inspectors conducted an amazingly detailed & thorough home inspection of a property I am considering as a new purchase. The information he & his inspection provided has been very helpful. Great work, Jordan! Thanks again.

Frank here — I’m a real estate broker and the buyer on this home, so I’ve seen a lot of inspections over the years… and let me tell you, these guys were outstanding. I worked with Rory. His knowledge of systems was top notch. Having rehabbed many homes personally, I knew I was in capable and friendly hands. He spent hours checking every single thing — roof to crawl space, and even did the sewer scope. We spent a long time making sure nothing was missed. Rory explained what they were seeing as they went, and didn’t rush the process one bit. The report they sent over was clear, detailed, and color coded by level of need — no confusing technical talk, just straight-up useful info. As a broker, I really appreciated the professionalism and depth of the inspection. As a buyer, I felt confident knowing exactly what I was walking into. That’s the perfect combo. I’ll be recommending them to my clients — and honestly, anyone who wants an inspection done right.

Jordan was very detailed and thorough with our inspection. He pointed out the smallest imperfections we wouldnt have a seen and because of that we were able to make a good decision on the first home and requested another inspection with a secondary home which past inspection. He took his time and explained into details and answered all questions I had. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the scope of the deficiencies so as to make a right decision.

Inspector Timothy Watts not only left a great impression, but also had truly outstanding knowledge.I am sincerely grateful. Thank you very much.

Very thorough and detailed inspection. Explained everything patiently. Will definitely recommend him.

Timothy Watts was our inspector at Northwest Home Inspector and he did an absolutely stellar job. He was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable and we got the inspection report back in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend using them.

Jesse & his team were extremely thorough during my first home inspection experience. I was able to have my many questions answered, and learned a lot about the structure I considered buying. A home and camera based sewer pipe inspection are very worthwhile. There are things the inspection team is professionally trained to look for, that most average buyers won't notice. I can't say enough how much I appreciated this process and the patience Jesse had to help me understand what I was seeing. I would highly recommend Northwest Home Inspector and will use them again in the future!

We loved working with Jesse, he’s very attentive and honest and just a joy to work with we trust him through and through

Super happy with Tim’s inspection and my experience with this company! NW Home Inspector was recommended to me from a friend, and I owe that friend a big thank you. We added on extra services because we wanted a very thorough inspection and that’s what we got. Tim took his time and explained everything he was looking at/noticed. The team was also very responsive with great communication and a finalized report first thing the next morning.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Jessie Weaver for over 7 years, and he continues to be an incredible resource for our team and our clients. Jessie is always available, consistently informative, and does a fantastic job educating our buyers throughout the inspection process. His thoroughness, professionalism, and calm approach help bring clarity and confidence to what can be an overwhelming part of a home purchase. We’re so grateful to have him in our circle and always appreciate the value he brings to each transaction!

I was highly impressed by the inspector's professionalism and clearly deep knowledge of his trade. Making an appointment was quick and easy, and results were made available within a few hours.Definitely recommend!

Our experience with Northwest Home Inspector's was great from start to finish. They are professional and knowledgeable. After the inspection was completed they took time to make sure we understood everything. 100% positive!
