Jesse Weaver

Jesse grew up in Auburn, WA and started in construction as a teenager in the late 1990s working for his family’s remodeling company in West Seattle. In 2011 Jesse decided to enroll at AHIT to become a licensed home inspector.

Shortly after graduating he worked for Home Inspections of Puget Sound, then launched Northwest Home Inspector in April 2012 Jesse has since worked hard at growing his business and earning the trust of his neighbors while becoming seasoned in the industry. Jesse comes from a lineage of home inspectors with his mom & step-dad (Suzanne and JJ Grieve) running School of Professional Home Inspectors in Burien and his cousin, Andrew Grimm running Abode Analysis Home Inspections in Sammamish. His passion for inspecting is only eclipsed by his love for his two cherished daughters and the devotion to his adored sweetheart, Heather. For fun Jesse enjoys spending focused time with his girls, painting with acrylics, playing the drums, snowboarding, paintballing, PC gaming and sports cars.

Gregory Schwartz

Greg’s current life is a far cry from what it was while growing up in London and Spain (Greg is fluent in Spanish). His university sent him to St. Louis to complete his business degree.

After emigrating to the US, he realized a desk job wasn’t his cup of tea, so he picked up an odd job on a construction site and the rest is history. He continued working under general contractors, honing his skills and mastering tile work, until he decided to venture out on his own. He had a successful career for several years as a General Contractor, focusing on residential remodels.
Eventually his wife suggested that he make the switch to home inspection. And, she was right – it fit perfectly with his knack for troubleshooting and attention to detail (Greg still holds the record for highest final exam score ever recorded at his inspector training institute). Over the past few years, not only did Greg’s career change, but his lifestyle did a complete 180 as well. He and his adored wife moved to the country, in Montesano and started raising animals. He also joined the local fire department as a volunteer firefighter, and recently became a certified EMT. In his limited free time, you can find him working on projects around the farm or re-reading his favorite historical biographies while snuggling with his former barn cat, Charlotte.

Tim Watts

Tim comes from a background of the home remodeling and handyman field so a transition to home inspecting was a natural fit. Tim graduated from School of Professional Home Inspectors in 2022.

He decided to team up with Jesse and Greg in early 2024 to help further expand the reach and talent of Northwest Home Inspector. Tim’s friendly personality and disarming, yet informative demeanor are a perfect fit for our culture so he fit in right away. Tim and his wife, Stacey, are Northwest natives who currently live in Bellevue. They have 2 grown kids and 7 grandchildren whom they thoroughly enjoy spoiling on a regular basis. Tim also enjoys outdoor exploration, snowboarding, craft beers, international cuisine and rooting for our Seahawks.

Joseph Fallstrom

A proud Washington native, Joseph has lived across the state and brings a diverse background, with hands-on experience ranging from manufacturing airplane parts to building homes. Though well-equipped for the corporate world with a business degree from Central Washington University, Joseph chose a path allowing him to work directly with his hands and impact people’s lives. As a former Maintenance, Property, and Project Manager, he brings broad construction knowledge to help you make informed, confident decisions about your future home.

Rory James

Born and raised in Seattle, Rory combines his psychology background with a lifelong love for problem-solving and hands-on projects, even working construction right out of high school. His keen eye for detail and knack for puzzles ensure every inspection is comprehensive and engaging. When not inspecting, he enjoys time with his girlfriend Ronnie, exploring the outdoors with his two dogs, Bruce, or wrenching on his classic 1970 Toyota project car.

Jordan Blastow

With over a decade in home repair, Jordan’s expertise began at 18, managing apartment homes. His diverse skill set spans everything from appliance repair to trouble shooting complex electrical and plumbing systems. His extensive experience maintaining residential properties throughout the Seattle area equips him to identify even subtle issues and guide clients to precise solutions, ensuring repairs are executed correctly the first time.
